New client appointments typically run 60-90 minutes. Repeat OB appointments average 30-60 minutes depending on client needs that day. Women’s health appointments typically are 30 minutes.
Mondays and Fridays: Rachel provides office hours in Orland Park starting at 9:30am-10am with the last appointment being between 3 and 5 pm.
Tuesdays: Colleen and Elena provide office hours in our rented location in Lisle starting at 10-11am with last appointment at 2-4pm. Arlington Heights Colleen is there biweekly on Tuesdays 11am-4pm.
Wednesdays: Elena and Emily provide office hours in our Crete location weekly 12pm-last appt 6pm.
Telehealth: Some clients may choose Telehealth for appts after baby found via doppler and until 28 weeks, then weeks 30/32. 36 week+ appts need to be in person. Telehealth is for client convenience only. You can certainly choose to Telehealth some and in person some.
Home Visits: Home visits are 34-40 weeks for standard (no financial aid) clients. Also 2-3 postpartum home visits are built into the global fee. For home visits 24+ weeks through postpartum, we have a program which most of the health shares with sharable amounts 6000 or less will cover. Standard clients have 2 home postpartum visits and 2 office visits. Insurance will not reimburse additional for the third trimester home visit program, but clients are welcome to look into it and consider the additional out of pocket cost.
Urgent: Rachel will see clients on an case by case basis if need to be seen off-schedule at her home office in New Lenox.
MOLINE: Rita Ledbetter, CNM is occasionally helping us here in the Orland/Lisle/Crete area but is focused on building a satellite location in Moline.
