In Home Breastfeeding Help
MidwivesCare LLC is proud to announce we will be providing in home lactation services! In home lactation services help women by allowing them to practice breastfeeding in their own environment.
Finances: MidwivesCare LLC is not “in network” with any insurance company. However clients with PPO insurance may be covered at the out of network rate. We will give you a superbill to submit to the insurance company and guide you on how to request an in network rate based on the specialty service of home visits. Self pay clients are welcome. Health savings accounts can be used for lactation services also. Our IBCLCs are independently contracted with The Lactation Network which provides in home lactations services, frequently free, to mothers and babies with BCBS PPO or United PPO or CIGNA PPO insurance. With the gas prices steadily increasing, travel fees may apply if you live outside a milage range of the ibclcs available to serve you.

Julie Goudzwaard, RN, IBCLC: Julie had four of her five children at home. She has worked as a nurse in pediatrics and newborn nursery. She has nursed four children and pumped for one of them with special needs. She has donated breastmilk to babies in need. Julie is passionate about breastfeeding and has first hand experience with nursing problems. Julie had her last baby at home with MidwivesCare LLC.
Flor Arroyo Camacho, B.S. , IBCLC, : Flor has her bachelors of science in food and nutrition. She has worked with women on WIC and provided in home lactation services. Deborah Halverson, RN IBCLC: Independently contracted by MidwivesCare LLC, Deborah has years of experience providing homebirth nursing through Homefirst Health Services as well as in home and in hospital lactation services to women in the Chicagoland area.
Jill Aspinwall IBCLC: Jill is independently contracted by MidwivesCare LLC. Formerly an OB Tech, Jill Aspinwall currently provides IBCLC services to babies in the NICU at Rush Medical Center in Aurora,IL. She also has her own lactation service After Hours Breastfeeding Support.
Elyse Fagen, RN, IBCLC. Elyse has approximately a decade of experience as a labor and delivery nurse. She had her own baby at home with MidwivesCare LLC. Elyse provides much of our postpartum nursing as well as limited birth assistance.
